As said in the video, I was almost positive that this website was a fraud. There are so many fakes, that in my mind, they all were.

Phone- These can either cost money or be free.

After you do offers, you will get points (note: You may not get points immediately! Some require a few minutes, whilst others require a whole day to process!

Referrals

Another way to earn points is to refer people to this website. Doing this, while to referred person completes these surveys (offers), the person who referred the person get 20% of the points (ex: 1 point offer, .2 points for the person who referred).
